Empowering the Next Generation: A Recap of the August Care Visit Season 1

At the Ashide Final Choice Foundation, our mission is rooted in the belief that the right mindset, paired with tangible support, can transform a community. On August 8th, 2025, we took a significant step forward in that mission with our August Care Visit Season 1.

The event, held at famous star institute of management and technology in Zimbabwe, Karu LGA, Nasarawa State, was a powerful day of connection, mentorship, and community building.

Focus Areas of the Visit

Our primary goal for this visit was to address the holistic needs of the students and youth in the region. We focused on three core pillars:

Mindset Reframing: Encouraging participants to envision a future beyond their current circumstances and embrace growth.

Professional Counseling: Providing a safe space for dialogue and mental health support.

Material Support: Distributing essential educational and personal materials to ensure no student is left behind due to a lack of resources.

Highlights from the Field

The atmosphere was filled with energy as the Foundation team and local representatives gathered at the Famous Star Institute of Management and Technology. The day was marked by insightful sessions where we discussed the importance of digital competency and nation-building—themes that are critical for today’s youth.
